Okay so, I need help finding a cartoon I haven't seen in a while and would really like to find out how it finished.

A while ago (about 9 years or so) there was this cartoon on channel 2 (for Australians).

The beginning always showed 4 elephants holding a flat earth on their backs while standing on a giant turtle in space.

It was about a boarding school girl that has to take over for the grimreaper and her interactions with a young boy and his mercenaries. One of the mercenaries was a stone golem that could be insta killed if you smashed a soft stone area on the back of his neck (pretty big early plot point there).

So, can anyone help me out with it or something like it?

Try reading some of Terry Pratchett's Discworld books; I'm sure that you'll find it hauntingly familiar...

It's Terry Pratchet's Discworld if it's 4 elephants on a turtle. Two animated movies were made based on the books (as far as Wikipedia knows) - Wyrd Sisters and Soul Music. Sounds like Wyrd Sisters is the one you're after :)

What with Christmas coming, you might want to check out the live action "Hogfather."

Okay, can anyone give me a list of the books in order? I want to pick them up but wikipedia isn't any help because of a bunch of the books being split into 3 or 4 parts each.

Any help would be great.
Thanks

Wiki Discworld does have them, but they are all stand-alone books. The one the OP is after is Soul Music.

Just start with any of the darker yellow ones, and you'll be fine (I started with Guards Guards but you can start where you like).
