Need help finding a website

I'm looking for a website with animated sprite landscapes I think are from video games. The only pictures I remember being on it are a mountain forest stream with rippling water and a deer in the background, and under a city railway with a train passing overhead and its lights shining on the buildings.

Can you help me find this website?

Not the website, and I don't remember seeing this on it either, but the animation is similar. Maybe it's the same artist? But further searching based on this picture isn't turning anything up.

I think the image you gave is a stage on King of Fighters 2000.

Excellent. That's most of the pictures I was looking for. However, it's still not the website I remember. Two more pictures I remember are a forest mountain with a thin waterfall and rainbow in the center, and a purple crystal cavern. Some of the these pictures also have different daytime versions like the ones in the link. Given this and their amount of detail and animation like the ones in the link, I think they are from the same artist or a similar one. Still can't find anything though.

Finally found it. Turns out this has nothing to do with video games. But if there was a game with stuff like this in HD... oh baby.
