Need Help Fixing Problem With SWAT 4

It's the Abnormal Program Termination. I've looked at the solution pages and they're outdated & some are confusing...So will someone give me a simple solution to actually start playing it?

I've tried that. Couldn't find the .ini file it was talking about. I did everything else, though.

Could you describe the problem a little more? Abnormal Program Termination can have *some* reasons as far as i know.
