Need help identifying a song

Alright fellow Escapists, I need your resourcefulness to help me find out a song I have been wondering about. The problem is that I know how it sounds but I have no clue as to what it is called

What's in the song is this:

It's a techno-trance song, in it there is a beat that consists of 4-5 notes in a row over and over again that sounds like a violin or viola being played, but it almost sounds like it's being played in reverse as it sounds like it's being cut off. The notes themselves are also slightly different from one in other in each set. I also know the song is at least a few years old.

I'm sorry for my really bad terminology but this has been driving me crazy! If anyone could help me with this, I would be extremely grateful!

To answer your question, I have no idea. Perhaps if you use an online program that will let you sound it out and compare it to known songs. There really kind of is no other way for you to find out, short of hearing it again.

None taken, I got a good laugh out of that actually. I guess some good came out of this as I found a new favorite Fatboy Slim song.
