In Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura there is a unmarked quest to give offerings to the old gods. The dwarven god Alberich requires you to offer a lava rock to him. The only place I have found these is in the Black Mountain Clan dungeon. I've read that they an also be found in the Wheel Clan but have not come across any there. Unfortunatly due to a bug I cannot go back it to the Black Mountain Clan due to me getting stuck in an infinite loading screen.
