Hello Escapist, I wanted to ask you to help me remember a TV show I watched a few years ago, but cannot recall the name off. It was quite a while back and its been bugging me for some time, plus I don't remember a lot of details, but here goes.
The premise was very similar to Lost, it involved a plane crash, but instead of crashing on an island, they crashed in the jungle.
I think it had less mysticism then Lost, but there was still some of it around, more tribe like beliefs.
The pilot also showed a failed rescue attempt, where the army tried to rescue them but suffered casualties and pulled out.
There was also a fat guy similar to Lost, but he got killed off pretty early on.
It also had several tribes, one which liked to put peoples heads on sticks, another that was more friendly and had a prophecy that said that people from the sky will come save them, and the boy from the group was quite important, and later on in the series there was one which had cannibals with firearms and was lead by a crazy lady.
That is all that I could remember about it. I have looked several times at Lost wiki to compare what I remember, and it seems like its a difirent show, so if anyone of you know what I am on about, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me the name of the show.
