Need Help Remembering a Film

All I know is that it was a black cop and a white guy (bruce willis?) its fairly old and a kind of cheesy action movie, with lots of one liners. I seriously can not remember the name of it, but it is really important.

The film that immediately came to mind was Nothing to Lose [http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0119807/] with Martin Lawrence and Tim Robbins.

Second one that came to mind was Blue Streak [http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0181316/]. Another Martin Lawrence film, but he stars with Luke Wilson in this one.

Hope I've helped. Honestly my money is on Nothing to Lose, but it could just as well be Blue Streak.
