Need help remembering an old Genesis game

There was this game I used to play way back in the day on the Genesis. My memory is VERY foggy, so sorry about the sparse details.

It was a beat-em-up and you could pick multiple characters. The only character I really remember well was this black teenager with a baseball cap that rode on rollerblades. It was very colorful and exaggeratedly cartoonish. I believe there was also a really muscled white guy you could play as well.

Not much to go on, but yeah. Hoping someone with a better memory knows what game I'm talking about.

Yeah it's Streets of Rage. I think that character's name is Axl if I remember correctly. You can play as a black guy, a white guy with blonde hair and a girl in red clothes. It was awesome.
