need help with steam....

Right so i'll admit strait off that i'm using a hack for steam that a very good friend sent me,
if you have a problem with this please move on rather than make pointless bitchy posts.

so now i need help, i've got 4 games from the damn hack and now it fails and says the servers are busy everytime i try to download a new game, even if it is covered by the hack. my friends isn't doing it so i need help, i'm unsure about asking at steampowered.com in case anything happens cause i'm using a hack. so can anyone help me at all?

Seriously OP, too afraid to ask on the Steam forums, so you bring your illegal shit here? We don't even know what crack you're using.

Listen we don't really know much about hacks or whatever for steam so really the best thing for you to do is send Valve support an e-mail with the name of your Steam account, one of your other identifying features such as your e-mail or phone number so they know you're really the owner of the account, the name of the hack that you're using, and the nature of your problem, and I'm sure they'll get right back to you.
