Need help with WAR

I know this is probably not the best place to be asking for game technical help, but I don't know where else to go. I've already consulted the WAR tech support people and tried what they reccomended, and I'm still getting the same errors. When I log in, I can't interact with anyone or anything, join an RVR, none fo the characters make attack movements and I can't even cast a spell without all the NPCs disappearing. I've tried disabling Checksum Offloading, as per the WAR staff reccomendation, but that does nothing. Is anybody else having this problem, and if so, did you manage to fix it and how?

Sounds like your firewall hates the game. Not that i'd disagree with it, but try setting the thing to "gaming mode" if available or simply turn it off.

I have Kaspersky. I'll see if it can be set in such a way when I get home.

I tried disabling the firewall...think I got to interact with about one NPC before all the problems decided to reassert themselves.

Well, it worked...for about a minute. Then all the aforementioned problems kicked in again, and I'm left with a broken game. Anybody encountered this before?
