Hey, I know this is probably pretty lame, but my wife's birthday's coming up and I wanted to sing her a song in front of her friends. Does anyone have any ideas for a good song that I can sing a-capella? Any and all help would be stellar. Thanks guys (and gals).

Yeah, agreed, I think it would help if we knew what type of music that she enjoys.

Foreigner - I want to know what love is .. ? (Cheesy!)

Seriously, we might even need a "LOVE AND DATING" section for all these threads

I'm looking for something on the romantic, yet on the funny or simple side. She likes Reliant k, but I can't do a duet by myself.

Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon & Garfunkel.

It's beautiful.

Waterloo Sunset- the kinks, although admittedly that songs sort of about a loner being happy by himself so I take that back. Try; eight days a week - the beetles. In fact do any love song by the Beatles, hell you could do octopuses garden or Lucy in the sky and she'd still find it romantic.

Sing Afternoon Delight, begin orgy.
If she wants funny and romantic, then this. This is easy to sing a capella too.
