Alright When ever I try to buy Microsoft Points ever sence the update that put in the Avatars it say Status Code 80169d94 and wont let me buy them. I have called the Microsoft people and asked them but they said I need to talk to to the finacial people. So I talk to them and they tell me I need to talk to the people who I was just talking to. So I just stoped doing that and went and did a email but they said I need to talk to the people who I was just talking to so im stumped and its been months sence I was able to buy points and I feel cheated also I cant redeem points ether. I have also tryed changeing creditcards. Has anyone else had this problem and knew how to fix it?

According to another forum, you can try going to xbox.com to enter your code and that should work. Apparently the problem has to do with personal information not matching billing information.

"The error indicates that you xbox live purchasing functions have been "locked". To unlock ensure that your personal details, name, address, etc precisely match your credit card deteils in terms of both content and capitalisation. Call xbox phone support and advise you have made this change and ask them to kick the problem to the credit department. Wait 24-48hours and miracle your account works."
