O.K. i have a couple of questions refrering to MW2. I am fairly new and I need to know some things.

1st: Are handguns the only weapons that have a quick draw when you use them with a sniper rifle.
2nd: What sidearm is best to use with a Intervetion because I have a habit of getting killed because I get rushed with guys with ACR at close range and it takes to long to take out my SPAS
3rd: What are some good sniper spots?

Thank you for your help

I like to snipe, but it's only really manageable with a sniper rifle (WA2000 ftw) on certain levels. When using a sniper, my favorite side arm is akimbo raffica with FMV bullets. Since I use Stead Aim Pro with a sniper, these things are nice and accurate too.

As to sniper spots... just keep looking. I find the worst thing you can do is try to hang around in just one or two sniper spots, as good players will know to look there. I only stay in one place long enough for a kill then it's on to somewhere else.

A "fixed up" this essentially.

I used to use the G18 but they have god awful recoil, up and to the left which makes killing people a little tricky, especially since it seems to take 3 bullets from a primary gun to kill somebody.

I like to use the Raffica on my sniper class. It's quite a good weapon on it's own right, but I still like to use the spas, but I guess it doesn't make much sense to have an impossibly long range weapon with a short range one.

On a similar topic, is it just me, or is that smiley sticker on the WA2000 look more realistic than the rest of the game?

I usually use the PP2000 as my secondary. I have it drawn at all times when on the move pretty much. The number of times having it already drawn has saved me is definitely higher than the number of kills I've lost because a target has buggered off before I have gotten the rifle back out.

I'm using the USP .45 at the moment as a secondary though, because I really haven't taken time to "level up" many of my secondaries yet.

Whatever secondary I am using though, I generally travel from spot to spot with it drawn because I suck at quick-scoping.

Rafica and G18 are the quickest machine pistols to pull out but the Rafica you need medium range or akimbo for close, and the G18 you have to spray or use akimbo (crazy recoil when you ADS).

As for sniper spots, a really easy one is useful at the very start of rounds on Highrise. From the search/deathmatch/domination spawn, look diagonally across the map and you can see people running out of their spawn. Easy collaterals, you might want to learn the spot in a private match first though, as loads of people use it.
