Need Moderator Assistance with Profile

So I e-mailed 'tech support' by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of a page and have not recevied a response, so I am hoping a Mod can help me.

On my Profile page, I have linked my PS3 account. For some reason it is not showing my gamer pic for my PSN profile nor is it showing any trophies that I have. I have tried updating it, and if I go to the linked webpage I see everything is there on the PSN site.

Am I missing something here? Did I do something wrong? My XBL account updates properly.

Sony is prohibiting sites like The Escapist from having constant updates on PSN profiles.

Don't ask me why, it just is that way. You cannot update it.
