Need new Power supply

Current build
AMD radeon 3870(soon to be Fx 8350)
AMD 7870
F1 motherboard (soon to be asus m5a97)
8 GB RAM
500w psu
Getting new parts for computer soon (probably on cyber monday) with these parts would I have to get a stronger supply and if i do how much more 600w 700w 750?
Also would anyone happen to have a link to a video or a tutorial on replacing a motherboard and processor?

You won't need a new power supply. 500w will be able to cover it. It won't leave much room for overclocking or upgrading though so it's probably best you pick up a 600w PSU.
