Hi all. I've only posted a handful of times on this board, and that was long ago. However, I still read posts here almost every day because I find the Escapist forums is constituted of the most knowledgeable and friendly gamers on these here series of tubes called the Interwebs.

Anyway, I have a question. Getting an answer is rather urgent, as I only have four hours left to return the games to which this post refers. So, now for some context:

I recently bought used copies of Bioshock -- one for the 360 and one for the PS3. My intention was to compare the two to see which one is better, but I just haven't had enough time to comprehensively assess them.

Now I need your opinions on which one I should keep.

Please keep in mind that I don't care about DLC, so the PS3's advantage in that department should not be a consideration. I don't know if there are any other features exclusive to one game or the other, but I am not aware of any.

If there aren't any different features, I guess the question comes down to a combination of gameplay, graphics, and other such elements. Were controls changed at all for the PS3 version (e.g. tightened shooting mechanics, etc.)? Is there any difference in graphics? Please include any other discrepancies you think are relevant.

Thanks so much for your time and help Escapisters!

If you have the choice 360. PS3 has horrible vasoline style smear filter on the first game. Still perfectly fine but as you seem to be suggesting, you have the choice.

The DLC is the only thing the PS3 had over the 360. The 360 version looks much much better.

The DLC was okay, but definitely not a must-play.

The Ps3 has the option to remove the Vita chambers from the game, and has a difficulty setting that actually makes the game challenging. So there's that.
There's a patch for the 360 version which does the same thing.
