hey techmonkeys, I need some advice.
I'm looking to upgrade my pc with a second monitor, but i also noticed that it's freaking impossible to read ACIII's onscreen text, which rubbed my face in the fact that I also need a new tv, something that's been bothering me for a while now.
so here's what I'm thinking: I buy a tv, set it up as the main monitor for my pc and use this one as a secondary monitor. that way i can hook up my PC and PS3 to the same screen and even watch TV on it. (you know, like i do once a year).
I've got a 3.4 GHz 8GB rig with a radeon HD 6970 graphics card (not sure if you needed to know that, throwing it in just in case)
So. can this be done? SHOULD this be done? how do i set this up? do i need anything other than a new tv? any advice on what tv to get? Is this possible without me having to sell a kidney?
