Allright well my best friend sister has a friend, and i realy like her.
and i think she likes me too, but i am always at my best friends house.
and so are they. i´f known him and his sister for over 10 years now so their like famely to me. and it feals like i´m doing somthing wrong. Am i ???

As far as I understand the OP, the one he's interested in is not a friend, but a friends siblings friend.
So no jeopardy on the friendship (unless the friend, the friends sibling and the friends siblings friend have some sort of weird relationship)

But yeah, go for it. Talk to her, ask her out, that kind of stuff.

i dont think that's a good idea because i'm 15 now and my mom immiditley starts talking about how i shud be doing it safe and i dont see my dad anymore
