Right, I know this guy is your friend but if he treats people that way then he's obviously an asshole. By the same note, if he treated this girl in that way even after he knew you had feelings for her then he isn't worth your friendship. As for the girl in question, you need to talk to her face to face and confront this head on, all or nothing. If she isn't returning your calls then trying a soft approach obviously won't work. You need to find her, say visit her at home or work or try and arrange to meet up, and tell her exactly how you feel and sort things out now. If you don't then things will just get worse between the two of you, and your friend. It sounds hard but believe me, it'll be better in the long run.

Yeah, I've always known he was an asshole, but until now he's never hurt anyone I cared about. They were just names and tally marks on his bedpost. He was always a good friend to me, so I never really questioned his lifestyle. You're right, though. If he wouldn't do this for me then maybe he isn't worth my time. I've tried to find the girl but she's been good at avoiding me. I'm not going to give up, though. Thanks for the advice.

Also my friend said that she was going to commit suicide because of me and didn't elaborate. I don't know what to do. I usually end up putting people down in these situations but I can't bring myself to do it this time.

For the love of God go over there! She obviously needs somebody right now, and she probably said it to you because she wants you to talk to her. You don't really have to say much, but you do need to listen. Make sure she knows she's not alone and there's somebody in this world that cares about her.

I'm kind of confused because I think one of my female flatmates might possibly like me, but I can't tell. Mercenaries 2 is good if you like open-world games, it has some glitches, but nothing too major. It's a pretty good time-waster if that's what you're looking for.
