Need some Xbox Live help

I have my account set to month to month on my visa. The thing is, my visa ran out of money and Microsoft suspended my account because they couldn't complete the transaction.
So I go to Gamestop and buy a 3 month pre-paid Gold card to use instead of my credit card. I try entering the code but it keeps telling me that the account has been suspended.
I've tried everything to cancel the damned thing and nothing happens. They just keep asking me to renew my credit card or add a new one.
This is really pissing me off; I just want to play online! Is that so much to ask for?

Have you tried ringing the xbox hotline thing.

Try calling Microsoft about it. They might be able to take your credit card off your account information, or reactivate your account.

I had that problem... the second you add any card it will charge it for another year.
