Need Team Fortress 2 help

I have recently bought the TF2/G-mod bundle and have proceded to launch TF2 and search for games but thats about as far as it goes it keeps searching and never seems to find a game, do you guys have any advice?

Well, more detail of what you're doing exactly now would help, you've probably set ridiculous search parameters or something.

You might need to allow the program through Windows Firewall, or whatever other security programs you've got. Other than that, I don't know anything that might help you.

I'm getting similar problems, i can only play through my history/favourites at the moment. No idea what's going on...

I suggest going there. The forums are a great place for finding help, and it's a lot quicker than asking Valve. I once had a problem and it took Valve over two weeks to respond (I like them, they're a good company.. just slow).

The only thing I can think of is resetting Steam, making sure there aren't any updates you might have missed or need downloading. There's a specific file in the TF2 folder that you can delete which will force the game to update it self when you start it up, check on the forums for which one it is...
