Need tech help!

I'm trying to connect my computer to both a projector and a TV via HDMI cables through a DDC/TMDS converter.

Aaand, it's not working. At all. The cables are good, and the TV and projector work fine separately, but not together.

Anyone have any ideas?

What exactly are you using to split the signal? Is it powered? If not that's likely the problem and if so...it may still be the problem. HDMI isn't a one-way signal and when it is split in my experience that can cause issues. If you've got any extra HDMI or DVI outputs you may want to duplicate your display via one of those if you can't get it working with the split signal.
