Jason had been sitting on a rock high out in the forest. He watched a few animals run past him, not fearing him because he was a natural inhabitant of this world.
"Hey Jason, want to spar?" asked his friend from behind him.
"No, not at the moment, i beleive that i'm probably going to do a bit of traveling anyway." Jason replied, after a few moments the sound of his friends boots brushing along the leaves faded.
He tossed a rock into the air catching it every time.

The elevator reached the top. Keziah and the sentries stepped out, and Keziah sighed with relief. It was good to be out of there, and have his real power back.

Still, no reason to use too much. A simple illusion would do, if used suitably.

[center]The elevator, now at the top, started to fall. The sound of the cables snapping echoed down the shaft, and the gradually accelerating elevator was set up to smash all those in the same shaft.[/center]

Keziah turned to the sentries. "This is an order. Destroy the elevator ceiling, and cut the support cord."

The sentries glanced at each other briefly, then turned back to Keziah and nodded. They stepped back into the elevator, and smashed through the ceiling, climbing up through the hole. A few seconds later, a horrible metallic sound was heard, and the elevator dropped for real.

Damien smiled. Keziah was up to his old tricks. The pod was an illusion. It had no smell. However, Damien heard a screeching sound as another pod came up to him. This one held Keziah's scent. Damien opened his wings and used his magic to accelerate himself and to harden his body. He slammed right through the pod, creating a clean hole in it. He expanded his wings and flew up the pod shaft. He roared. "Keziah, I hope that trick wasn't all you had! Better run traitor, 'cause I'm coming for you!" It could easily be heard to the top of Zenoth.

Pyroguy, Zenoth is at the opposite end of the world from a forest. It quite literally is at the center of Rogwell.

As Jason threw the rock up, Ares caught it.. "Having Fun?" He asked, he sat down and put the rock into Jason's hand, "Here, How long do you think until Damien will be here?" As Ares sat he summoned rain, this would be a night to remember.

Cyprus pulled himself up the side, flopping down on the earth, panting. "Oh, thank God! I finally made it!"

Damien was flying up the shaft. "Only 1000 more feet to go... I think this would be a good time for that." Damien smiled, loving the destruction. He touched his left claw to the pod shaft. Though his claw did not dull, sparks started to fly. When Damien saw sparks, he stopped, looking downwards, waiting. A spark down fell into the darkness.

Down...

Down...

Down...

BOOM!
The spark met the gaseous Neos that had been everywhere. A giant fireball came rushing up the shaft. Damien flew up as fast as he could. He even used his magic to accelerate himself. Finally, he reached the top, flying straight out, into the starry night sky. The massive inferno erupted all around Damien, reaching 300 feet in the sky. His scales deflected the hungry fire, sending it all around him in an impressive effect. He roared his challenge to the world. He was free!

[center]The fiery blast that had followed on after Damien suddenly froze, turned blue, then shattered into nothingness.[/center]

Keziah lay spread out on the ground, watching Damien soar. It was almost laughable how he could consider Keziah a traitor, especially considering Damien was one of those who welcomed humans.

He barely knows me as anything but the traitor. Does he really think he can judge me?

He let out a high pitched laugh, clearly alerting Damien to his position. There was no point in hiding, because that would just waste time, and this was something that should be drawn out for as long as possible.

 

[Xero Scythe]

Damien zeroed in on the laugh. He smiled and alighted on the earth, 10 feet away from Keziah. He pressed his wings into his back. "Hello Keziah. I fufilled my promise, did I not? Behold, the Terror lives once more."

 

[Azraellod]

Keziah moved his head to one side, and looked at Damien, a slightly mad smile across his face. He had reached a crisis point in his personality swings, not caring what Damien did.

"You promised me terror not 10 minutes ago, and I knew it would happen. While this escape happened, it wont be happening again. The one who set it up... well, you may not know who it was, but I know. And you'll never get to reward him."

"Not that it matters. Those pods were not the only way to the surface. The elite guards from down there will soon be up to deal with you. You cant get away forever, Damien." With that, Keziah turned back to the sky and laughed in the same piercing way.

 

[Xero Scythe]

It was now Damien's turn to laugh. "Hah hah hah! Elite guards! They couldn't even hold one prisoner! Besides, it doesn't matter now, they're all extra-crispy. And when I say extra-crispy, I mean turned to ash. Besides, I don't ever have to escape again, 'cause I'm not gonna trust you again." Damien suddenly turned feral, eyes cold and unforgiving. "I don't have to get away forever. I just have to destroy whatever is chasing me."

 

[Azraellod]

"Chasing you? They've already caught you. You think you would be allowed to escape? This is just some fun for the Lord." Keziah hoped to catch a reaction from Damien.

"You'll never be free. Never. Never."

 

[Xero Scythe]

Damien spread his arms out. "Never free, eh? Then what do you call this? I just broke out of what was supposed to be escape-proof by myself. Now, get up and fight." His hands fell back to his sides and he got ready for an attack.

Suddenly Rain had Come, This was a sign, It was the power Of Ragnarok, One of Ares' Minions instantly appeared in front of Damien, My lord has sent me as a messenger, the only way you can defeat them is if you get to glaivestone, Go Please, there is a Neos stone waiting for you in the woods, Go Now!

Wolfa was sprinting through the maze of a prison.

"Damien escaped...sigh now I've got to find him."

He ran round a corner to see a hoard of guards...
They looked at him...
"Well at least I know I'm going the right way...
But right now, I wish I didn't.

Wolfa charged through slicing down guards one by one
Shimmer his pet wolf jumped out of his backpack and slashed some guards faces to buy some time.
Eventually the last guard fell...

"Now which way was I going?"
Shimmer stared at him, licked a small scratch Wolfa had gotten then returned to the backpack...
"So that means you don't know either... My luck..."

Jason laughed as Aires caught the rock he had been tossing in the air and replied to his question, "Yes, i am having a bit of fun, not as much as i would have sparing against you my friend. I do not know how long Damien should take, but he is on the other side of the world right now..."

Ares continued to sit next to Jason, Maybe we should just go find him then? I have already sent a minion to tell him to come to us, but maybe we should bring the Neos stone to him, if anywhere to raise the morale of the resistance, there is no better place to defeat the enemy, then in there own region, This time we shall capture Keziah Ahahahahahaha! As Ares laughed he ran off towards Zennoth.

yes, I probably should run. however, Damien is pissed and wants revenge. rip-roarin' battle royal coming up, Damien vs. Keziah and Cyprus, with any luck.
