As Ares Ran, he realised something, He took the Neos stone out of hes Bag, Grabbed Shadow Fang and combined the two, suddenly Ares was gone, As this happened Instantly Ares appeared right next to Keziah, Thought you were going to have all the fun to yourself Huh? This is gonna be fun!. Ares pointed the blade towards the two sentries and sliced them, they fell to the ground surficing to there wounds, After that Ares turned right around and jumped down the shaft, he wanted Cyprus.
As Ares Fell he Smelt smoke, something had happened down here, he finally came to a conclusion, Damien.. You psychopath... Finally Ares saw a ledge, he moved towards it and caught onto the edge of it, he had almost slipped, as he pulled himself up, he saw a blurry figure hidden behind smoke, As he kneeled there the figure ran off, But Ares finally figured it out. NOBODY CAN STOP ME! As Ares Yelled he ran around several corners, finally he found him, CYPRUS!!!! As Ares Yelled he Lundged at him with Shadow Fang and clipped Cyprus' ear. ARGGGHHH DIE!!!
Wolfa ran downs some steps since all the pods had been taken.
Round another corner. He'd reched the bottom and found nobody...
"Went the wrong way then." heading back towards the top.
Cyprus having been take his sweet time to get to Keziah wasn't really surprised to see the Damien had got to him first, he let out a sigh as he wrapped some wire around his arms.
"Damien, why do you have to make this so difficult?" Cyprus said in a monotone as the wire grew sharper.
Jason had seen Ares run away, but he didnt feel much like following right now, besides Damien could handle his own fights. Jason sighed and stood up, stretching. He started walking back to his city and back to the lower part of Glaivstone.
He drew his bow from its quiver and knocked an arrow into place, thinking he could hunt a bit before returning to his home.
(yeah... there is no way to get to you guys right now so, ill wait for you...)
Jason had long since abandoned his idea of going home, his curiosity was killing him. He wanted to know what was happening since Damien had broken free. He had gotten help from another drake, one that was willing to carry him over to the prison were Damien had just been freed.
(dont know if that is okay with you guys but...)
Jason was dropped off behind a few rocks and the Drake had flown off. Jason peered over the top of the rock to see smoke billowing out of the Prison. He saw Damien below, with Wolfa and Ares as well... he also saw someone he didnt know lying on the ground.
He knocked an arrow into place and aimed down at the group, ready if the man lying down decided to attack Damien, Ares, or Wolfa.
I thought Cyprus was up at the top with Keziah and Damien.
As Ares Fell he Smelt smoke, something had happened down here, he finally came to a conclusion, Damien.. You psychopath, he knows very well there is more then just a prison for him down here, i just hope the others survived...
No there isn't. [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/362.156733#3862629]
Finally Ares saw a ledge, he moved towards it and caught onto the edge of it, he had almost slipped, as he pulled himself up, he saw a blurry figure hidden behind smoke, something was happening to him.. As he kneeled there hes Mother walked out from behind the smoke, Hello Son, Its so nice to see you, all grown up. Ares couldnt believe hes eyes, hes Mother had died ages ago, she was murdered right in front of him, But Ares finally figured it out. An Illusion, Ahahahaha. Keziah your a smart one, using my Mother as a trick, but this will not stop me, NOBODY CAN STOP ME!
My character is less then half your character's age, and he cant read minds. He has no idea what your mother looks like, or even where you are down there.
Also, trick you? My character is currently lying on the ground, staring at the sky, with a maniacal grin on his face. He didn't even see you, and he's certainly not in the right frame of mind to set up traps.
As Ares Yelled he ran straight through hes Mother and ran around several corners, finally he found him, CYPRUS!!!! As Ares Yelled he Lundged at him with Shadow Fang and clipped Cyprus' ear. ARGGGHHH DIE!!!
If you didnt already notice during that im going at that Ares thinks Cyprus killed hes parents.
Cyprus is a 27 year old human. Ares is supposedly 560 years old. How could he possibly make a mistake like that?

yes, I probably should run. however, Damien is pissed and wants revenge. rip-roarin' battle royal coming up, Damien vs. Keziah and Cyprus, with any luck.
I doubt it'll look that interesting unless you're Damien. If you manage to make Keziah fight, prepare to see some weird stuff.
Actually, you probably should run. Hallucinations don't have to be visual. Is that lavender I smell?
Probably not, it's a different planet. I doubt they have lavender here.
reflections: Am I the only person in rp's that willingly goes out and searches for a tough fight? not just going along with but actually hoping for?
says something about me, though I'm not sure what.
Maybe Azra is right and I am insane...
Oh well!
Also, I take it that these faeries are the same as in Magicians World?
Name: Joitcham Shannow
Race: Faerie
Faction: Glaivestone
Chronological Age: unknown, due to faerie distrust of human chronology
Biological Age: 22
Appearance: 6'6", slim and lithe. His hair and eyes are a strange colour that, while making sense to the eyes, cannot quite be remembered. he has been describe as blonde, red-headed, and grey haired, with blue, grey, green or multi coloured eyes. He walks with typical faerie grace, as if he only touches the ground by coincedence
Weapons: Himself. The magic within him makes him superhumanly strong and resilient.
Magic: Faerie. The workings of faerie magic is completely alien to human minds, but like all faeries, his magic serves his every need. However, due to his unusual mindset, he rarely focuses his full power toward any particular end
Bio: The history of the Faeries is vastly unknown, but what is know is that Joitcham arrived on Sinclaire about a hundred years after the human colonisation, expressing extreme surprise at their presence. Since then, he has wandered the planet, studying both sides.
When he told Rogwell officials that he did not directly support their cause, they took this as a statement of aggression, and he was forced to kill several Rogwell warriors. Now, he is hunted by Rogwell forces, and plans to join Glaivestone for protection

As the leaders of opposing sides stood, arguing, a faerie appeared, as if over the horizon, though in reality, he was less than a hundred meters away. Ignoring the drake and human, the faerie drew nearer, moving as he was walking, yet covering the distance as if he was running, stopping in front Keziah. He bent down, and offered his hand to the reclining faerie.
"Keziah Amiel, I presume?" he enquired, "I am Joitcham Shannow, and I am most pleased to meet you."
Though this seemed friendly, and indeed, rather out of place for the circumstances, anyone who knew of Faerie customs would have understood far more. By addressing his fellow faerie in archaic, formal, human terms, the newcomer had, given one of the most deadly insults available between members of their race
Before you cry out in outrage, bear in mind that faeries are, by most people's terms, totally mad. Also, they mostly despise humans, so human customs and habits are considered base and vulgar
Also, it's nice to see faeries being used like I did recently. It will be interesting to see how two such beings react to one another
Keziah blinked, and his smile faded. His mindset suddenly shifted, and he got up with a look of irritation on his face. He looked around, and noticed that no-one seemed to really be paying attention to Cyprus, a man who he identified as one who would support him. He looked into his eyes, and flashed a message that only he could see.
Code:
I'm going to keep them all occupied, and stop them from seeing you. Execute them.
He then jumped into the air, and hovered there.
Code:
Cyprus vanished. As Keziah jumped, he multiplied. Well over 100 copies of him hovered in the air, fluttering back and forth.
Now that he had settled down and could concentrate, he could make the illusions more realistic. They all looked real, felt real, and had the same scent. He could also allow them to react as if they were real. Until someone tried to kill one of them, they would be indistinguishable from the original.
Gah, this is not my best work, but I really have no idea what's going on and why everyone is here suddenly. Anyway, if you are going to try and kill these illusions, then please stop after your character kills just one of them, as I have something else planned.
For a second, Shannow's eyes dart back and forth between the images, then his eyes unfocus, and he smiles slightly. He holds up his hands, and for a second, nothing happens, then there is a ripple in the air, and he slips from sight.
A voice sounds in Keziah's head, You have fought humans too long, old fruit. Shannow's laugh echoes, Your images do not stand up well to a fellow faerie.
Odd. Faeries aren't supposed to distinguish my illusions from reality either.
It was kind of funny really. This faerie had decided to give Keziah a message mocking his illusions, and yet he hid behind one himself? Keziah only used illusions, and knew more about them then anyone, so hiding from him using one was pathetic. But if he assumed his opponent knew this then...
He's bluffing, Keziah thought. There is no way that he can tell which one is me, so he's sending telepathic messages to all of my images. He just wants me to think I'm beaten.
Keziah continued to hover among his illusions. That other faerie thinking he could hide was a mistake, but... no it wasn't. It was another trap. If he was made to dispel it, then his own illusions might suffer in the process. That was a good move, but it didn't make a difference to Keziah. He could tell exactly where the faerie was.
Except neither of the first traps were supposed to work, Keziah suddenly realised. He had fallen into the third trap, to force him to focus on something else. His images had kept their form, but he could probably assume that at least a quater of them had been observed as fakes while he was thinking this through.
Yeah, you cant see through Keziah's illusions unless he's weakened somehow or he isn't trying to fool you. He developed control purely in illusions and hallucinations, and knows how to use them better then anyone else. He can still see where you are as well.
By the way, aside from that, none of Keziah's reasoning has to be correct. It's just some reasoning that I came up with, that I thought might make sense to a faerie as depicted in this RP. Whether or not it is correct is up to you.
Damien saw all the copies. But he knew what to do. He ran his tongue over his razor-sharp teeth, cutting it deeply. He accelerated the healing process, for it had done its job. the pain had distracted his senses, disrupting the illusions. He took to the air, staring right at Keziah. "I can see you!" Damien roared.
Jason didnt know whether to fire or not, especially since the man lying on the ground had jumped into the air and multiplyed himself by the hundreds.
He sat behind his rock, arrow still knocked into place and waited for something to happen.
