Now I know this is an odd choice for an app review, but it was right there in front of me, and I figured I might as well get it out of the way.
I?ve chosen Glow Draw, an app from the folks at Sexy Fun Dating, which is an interesting studio name to say the least. Everybody on this forum has, at some point, used a Microsoft operating system, namely the Windows series.
At least ninety-five percent of you will have used or seen the accessory ?Paint?.
Imagine if you could have Paint on a mobile device, lacking any types of brushes or erasers, and having only a small amount of colours.
Now imagine those colours being white?with your chosen shade illuminating the outline of the white line.
This is all there is to Glow Draw. The iPod Touch?s screen isn?t really big enough to become technology?s Van Gogh, and the system is completely unforgiving. You screw up, you start again.
Amusingly enough, for the first few weeks of using Glow Draw, I didn?t know how to erase my drawings, till I discovered the shaking of the screen. I?d resorted to quitting and reloading the app every time I messed up.
So, yes, a miniscule review, but with a strong message.
If you ever saw this on the App Store listing, avoid it. There is no advantage to owning this app, and it will only bring you embarrassment.
