Sort of on-topic: I have a modest collection of nerf guns. When my nieces visit, they always wanna have a nerf battle. I've actually bought them matching mavericks, because they got bummed out with only having one that they had to share.

You heard that right, escapists; I have armed my nieces. I have my own tiny adorable army.

I'm kinda on the fench about it myself, I liked it but the gore with the kids was kinda much for me. I'm not some morale crusader or anything but for some reason I felt kinda weird about it. The effects were rather impressive though, liked the smoke and explosions, looked like they were lifted from a cartoon, maybe an anime by the style of it.

Off the beaten track I too do have a crapload of Nerf guns in my room and plenty of ammo too. I have most of the N-Strike gear and a box of the streamline darts and I bought a two set's that come with spare mags and the clips for it. So if the zombies/robots/whatever attacks us I'll be able to stop them if Nerf rounds hurt them.

I... what... i don't know what to think... The gore with the kids really put it off for me.... i mean. Maybe if they had older people in place of the kids, then i wouldn't mind, but... Kids? I don't know.

I live in the us and it was filmed in france if i'm correct, so it seems to have different acceptance levels for gore and stuff. but this wasn't something that the parents forced the kids to do, they did it themselves and it seemed like they were having fun at it too.

I have a brother about the age of the kids in that video and need to show this to him. Even if it corrupts his mind. That was the most epic thing I have ever seen any kid or kids do, ever. I've been compelled to go out and stock up on Nerf weaponry.

I think it sucks that nowadays kids are getting more awesome toys. Nerf swords, nerf tommy guns, battery operated nerf assault rifles.

Also, LRR did a better job, IMHO.

Wow, those effects were ridiculous. I liked how they mixed the anime and live action. Very effective.
