What the hell!? Are you my long lost twin brother or something!?!? What you described is pretty much the exact same thing that happened to me. I played MW2 until I realized it was shit and then moved on the PC gaming. Quit living my life, damn it!

The middle one.

devs need to find a group of people that knows what they're talking about and listen to them on what is OP or UP, while at the same time, their egos are not too inflated to have any kind of bias on their decisions.
If only! But no dev is smart enough to do anything like this. They need to be like dominoes and start over.

I love the spy, and I always use the Dead Ringer.

Just need to get the technique for it down.

On the subject of nerfs, I want the soldier's weapons nerfed, please.

When Dawn of War 2 came out, I was reasonably excited. I had played the first game, and loved it. I started it up, and was treated to an epic 8-hour singleplayer campaign. After that, I moved onto the multiplayer.

I tried out all three races a couple of times before settling on the Tyranids as my favourite, and over the next few weeks, I began to learn to play. I eventually became competent enough to beat most players I came up against, and I no longer felt like I was being dominated even if I lost. The simplest tactic back then was to just hold as many points as possible for as long as you could, while you rushed to try to summon a Carnifex. Those beasts could take on anything short of an Avatar of Khaine, and once you'd created your first one, any less than experienced opponent was basically screwed.

A few weeks after that, however, Relic decided to patch the game. They weakened the Carnifex so it would fall to a small number of heavy weapons hits. They split it into two types: an artillery carnifex and a melee carnifex. They removed ripper swarms as a default unit so that you couldn't cheaply rush out to capture points and quickly get some more points. Basically, they ruined all the strategies I'd learned, and, unwilling to sit through another long learning curve, I gave up with the game.

Only recently have I picked up DOW2 again. I've found now that it's still a good game and the patch was probably for the best, but at the time it ruined the experience for me.

When I played WoW, I got to level 60 or so before I realized that Paladins were shit. I stopped playing for a few months because I wasn't about to go through all the trouble of getting to 60 again, but I didn't want to continue with my paladin because every kill was a pain in the ass.

Then Blizzard buffed paladins, and I could continue playing the game!

So yeah, that would be the one case where a buff really worked out for me. Normally buffs and nerfs aren't necessary.

2. I also am a fan of the dead ringer, but i do switch to cloak and dagger depending on the situation.
I find that with the CnD I play to conservatively, always hanging out waiting for the right time and usually getting hit by a random pyro and even once I managed to intercept a jar of urine. I have seen some people play really well with it, but I've just kinda of worked myself into some kind of groove where any watch that goes on my wrist is foreign and evil. Whereas with the DR I have to be more aggressive, which usually ends up with more important people with more sharp holes in their backs.

My grove changes each time I'll play some days I'll smash as a scout using the FaN other days I'll have to use the scatter gun cause that's just how I'm playing, Almost every time I play I change a class load out at least once.

Dead Ringer is awesome. Try playing better.
I Don't have the game. My pc cant tun it. I have it for ps3, but its NEVER been patched.

Really I have stories pc TF2 players will get goosebumps from. Pyro's don't have Air blast. Soldiers rocket jump is impossible. Sniping is 1000x harder. Level 3 sentries? One shot kill if they see you. Yeah. I REALLY want Tf2 on pc.
How much ammo do the Soldier and Demo have for their weapons on your one?
actually the talk of ammo has reminded me of something. Has the demo always only had 4 shots with the nade launcher? cause its got 6 barrels.

Originally it was 6, but they reduced it due to the spam.

Thank you, I can now finally sleep at night knowing there was at least once a time when that gun design made a little more sense.

I love how no one complains about weapons that never changed.
Like the Bat, pistol, shotgun, flare gun, axe, fists and hadouken.
