I currently have NWN2 and the first expansion, Mask of the Betrayer. I was wondering if there's anyone out there who would like to run through either the original campaign or the MotB campaign - possibly both, with the same characters!
That said, if anyone would like to participate PM me with the role you'd like to fill and the character you have in mind. Sadly, I can only accept up to three companions, so some of you will have to wait their turn. Of course, nothing's stopping you from running your own campaigns! Feel free to use this thread to organise your own campaigns.
The rules for my planned campaign is as follows:
3 players, myself not included.
I only have the original game and Mask of the Betrayer (newest version, 1.23.1765), if you have Storm of Zehir I'm afraid you can't play with me. I'm going to try and get it as soon as I can, though.
Roleplaying is encouraged, but not necessary.
I will be running the show and try to be fair, but if you disagree with my actions let me know. I won't be the DM, but I WILL be the admin. If someone misbehaves, there'll be a vote to kick him/her.
Legal characters only, and local characters will not be allowed.
Pre-game planning will take place through MSN. I will give out my email to the people I'll play with and they'll do the same. We'll then agree on a time and discuss.
The server will, of course, be password protected, and I will only give it out to the people involved.
DO NOT USE OVERRIDES. Clear your Override folder in your NWN2 folder if you're using any custom heads, hairstyles etc. You can put them back afterwards - as long as you don't make a character using any of the override content and keep the folder clean when you're on the server, you're good. The reason for this being that everyone needs the overrides in order for them to work properly, and I doubt everyone wants to download them.
So there you have it. I'm looking forward to playing with whoever feels like it.
