I ask YOU , my fellow Escapists, what book should I read? I'd prefer a sci-fi, but any will do. BTW lets just assume that any book you think of, I haven't read. Thanks everyone!

Sphere and the Ender's Game series are both great sci-fi picks, and some of my favorites overall.

No seriously, it is a really good book, its my favourite of all time and takes good portion of time to read since its 800 pages.

I would recommend the Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child Pendergast series. They aren't sci fi books but they're good.

For a sci-fi book I would recommend The Swarm by Frank Schätzing but it's nearly 1000 pages which would turn off a lot of people from reading it.

Or Armor by John Steakley if you can find it. I consider it an unknown sci-fi masterpiece.

Hyperion. I just read the sequel. Both of them were really good sci-fi books.

Then I would definitely recommend it. If your willing to commit to it it's one of the coolest stories I've ever read.
