So my trusty Sound Blaster Recon 3D Omega Wireless headset won't play ball with my desktop computer after I reformatted it in January, causing blue screen crashes every time I turn them on (strange, considering it still works flawlessly with my laptop, 360 and PS3). I've been generally quite happy with them.
Anyway, I was thinking about what to replace them with, but I'm not too well versed in headsets, as I haven't used them too much. Any advice would be appreciated. So here's what I'm thinking:
-I'm in Norway if that has any bearing on it,
-wired or wireless makes no difference to me really, as I'm going to use them with my desktop,
-my price limit is about 200$
-preferably comfortable over time, not too tight fitting,
-I normally keep my hair quite short, so leather earpads can get a bit clammy
-good audio quality for games is the most important, but better if it's also good for music and movies,
-needs a decent microphone, as I use it to Skype while playing.
Any input on this would be great!
