Fucking yes.

I'm keen to find out what the new storyline is, with Diana and the Agency and all. Good times.

only to be ruined by one guard not liking you running in the halls, it's a bit... bah.
Spot on with that remark. I swear by the beard of zeus that if eidos does not fix the Hitman AI I'm basically going to assume that they will make rehashes forever.

Hell yeah, I spent most of blood money trying to be stealthy, failing and just going on a massive rampage with the silver ballers. Fun.

Also you apparently can't kill people with toasters in the bath as all modern toasters have a fail-safe which shorts them out if they come into contact with water. I like to imagine 47 just hits him in the head with it instead.

Awesome, I loved Blood Money, and I hope they make some tweaks with the AI and graphics for this. Beyond that, keep the wide variety of environments and execution styles intact!
Personally, I want to see them add some human characteristics to the AI. Give them a measure of curiosity, but also give them a more rigid set of standards. For example, in Curtains Down, if you carry out the real WWII Pistol while dressed as the executioner, and you take the shot, the guards turn on you. If the real executioner takes the same shot, nobody cares. I would like to see home fair justice - I should be able to plant the weapons and the clothes I used to kill one target in anothers room, and alert the cops. I also want to see them questioning why people are moving around here- Why has the Devil come down to hell, he told us he'd be in Heaven all night?

I'd also like to see multiplayer added, but strictly within the normal gameplay
Hmmm, thats odd, I was curious to see if I could play the role of the executioner and did what you did, but got away with it.... Did you wait until you were supposed to fire? Worked for me.

"Commander, there's a bald Caucasian with a barcode on the back of his head walking around the base dressed as general Taranaki. Do we shoot him or capture him?"

Just to throw it out there, what would you guys think of some sandbox/rpg elements in Hitman? I always enjoyed how much attention to detail there was in each mission of the Hitman games so maybe sandbox might dumb that down for the worse. However, I think having a set of complex 'core' missions, just like the previous games and a sandbox/rpg 'coating' could add something. Perhaps you could earn money, effect your notoriety/skill parameters? A little like Assassin's Creed 2 did but keeping the main missions as complex and engrossing as ever.

Hopefully like so many other sequels in next gen games they don't dumb it down and make it easier for the "new" and "casual" market.

But really - FUCKING AWESOME.

I am ashamed to say, I tried playing Blood Money, and I sucked at it, really I was Awful. That kind of put me off the series...

But yeah, stealth games are sort of a mixed bag for me. While I enjoy trying to sneak around like a crazy ninja, I don't like two things about the genre: the ease with which you may be detected sometimes and the insane amount of trial-and-error annoyances that you have to go through to find the "best" path.

Still, I was always intrigued by the Hitman franchise. Good to see it's still going.

EDIT: Fucking necros.
