Citadel (singleplayer)
When a sinister conspiracy targets Commander Shepard, you and your team must uncover the truth, through battles and intrigue that range from the glamour of the Citadel?s Wards to the top-secret Council Archives. Uncover the truth and fight alongside your squad ? as well as the cast from the original Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2.

When the adventure is over, reconnect with your favorite characters from the Mass Effect Trilogy, try your luck at the Citadel?s Silver Coast Casino, blow off steam in the Armax Combat Arena, or explore and furnish Shepard?s own living quarters on the Citadel. With unique content and cinematics featuring your friends and romance interests in the Mass Effect trilogy, Mass Effect 3: Citadel offers one final chance to see the characters you have known for years and rekindle romances.

Mass Effect 3: Citadel will release worldwide on March 5th on Xbox 360, PC and PS3 (on March 6th on PS3 in Europe).

Reckoning (multiplayer)
Newfound allies join the multiplayer war for survival in Mass Effect 3: Reckoning. The Geth Juggernaut, Female Turian Raptor, Talon Mercenary, Alliance Infiltration Unit, and more take up arms to stop the Reaper threat. Smash your enemies with the Biotic Hammer as you lay waste to the battlefield as the Krogan Warlord.

Wield 7 new weapons for multiplayer, including the Geth Spitfire Assault Rifle, Venom Shotgun, Lancer Assault Rifle, and amplify your arsenal with new equipment and weapon mods featuring the Geth Scanner and Assault Rifle Ultralight Materials.

Mass Effect 3: Reckoning launches at no additional cost worldwide on February 26th on Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 (on February 27th on PlayStation 3 in Europe).
I gotta say I'm kinda excited about this. I mean, after the lameness of the Omega DLC things couldn't get any worse could they?

Joking aside the singleplayer dlc has me tripping balls, no point denying it. Couldn't care less about the multiplayer though. Unless there's some sort of secret additional gameplay mode included, but hey, free dlc.

As for the conclusion of the saga, rest easy Shepard you crazy bastard. you knocked heads with a Krogan, bro fisted a renegade Turian, gave a reaper the middle finger and now your going out in style, Las Vegas style.

Seems pretty cool, I liked the Leviathan DLC although I agree with you that Omega was pretty lame. My only hope for this DLC is that at one point Wrex wears a tuxedo, that's all I'm asking.

I wonder whether they're sensible enough to realise the MP needs a new mode, and not just some new skins.

I'm waiting until all the ME3 DLCs are out before buying them all to do a runthrough with them. I wasn't too impressed by the ME2 DLC but I hope these a better.
But Multi DLC? Hell yeah! I love ME3 multiplayer and I think its great that they're supporting it with free DLC. Its things like this that make me doubt people who say EA is all about grabbing money.

Cool. I'm pleased that they're still updating the multiplayer, though I would've liked to see a new mode or something rather than new characters.

But, hey, female Turian who isn't in paid DLC. I'm game.

I wonder, though, how much Citadel is going to cost. I hope it isn't too crazy.

The Omega DLC was too short for its price point. The Leviathan DLC, on the other hand, was friggin' sweet.

Well, EA are definitely all about the Benjamins. Bioware, on the other hand . . .

Shadow Broker for Mass Effect 2 was excellent, the rest I could have definitely done without as I didn't feel they were worth the price. Haven't tried any of Mass Effect 3's dlc as a result, I already got burned by that game once I don't particularly feel like risking it again.

Still perhaps if this dlc is well received and reviewed I might be tempted to risk it one more time.

Looks like it's going to be a strong DLC, because it is focusing on the best thing in Mass Effect: its characters. The shot of all the characters sitting around a table drinking looks excellent. Looks like we finally got our romance DLC.

It really does sound like the DLC I've been wanting from the start...but it's going to be $15 (And 4 gigs!!) and I'm still not totally trusting of Bioware...but fuck does this sound awesome.

Same here, I bought ME2s DLC in dribs and drabs as they where released. By the time they all came out I had replayed the game to many damn times and was sick of it.

You know, I like the ME3 multiplayer, but I really wish they'd come up with some better game modes. Wouldn't it be cool to have a co-op mission to kill a reaper destroyer? Or a mission to board and capture a cerberus cruiser?

In any case, the single player one looks like it'll be an improvement over the complete ass that was Omega, so there's something at least.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. It's a good idea, but it's too little too late.

The Citadel DLC sounds great. I'm going to enjoy taking Wrex on a few missions again. Sadly the endings are always going to be at the back of my mind. Yes the journey is important but when you know the destination is the rape hotel, well it is hard to enjoy it.

More multi-player is good but I'm surprised at people who think EA are releasing it for free out of the goodness of their heart. Do they really think we'd have had anything other than the first multi-player DLC for free if EA weren't making a lot of money from the micro-transactions.

Looking forward to the Citadel Casino bit - can Bioware finally get in-game gambling right? Their previous efforts in the series (LOL Quasaraments, betting with Ahern) have been... erm... flawed at best. And I was always disappointed that your crew seems to spend so much time playing poker but you don't get to join in.

Agreed with the singleplayer stuff. Especially too little considering it'll probably be paid for something I was looking forward to in the first place.
I'm not trying to say that I "earned the right" to get this stuff for free or somesuch but it's not something I'm planning on getting.

The Multiplayer stuff though? Sounds good. Hopefully I can get a Warlord and gravity hammer Biotic hammer dudes once I reinstall.

I'm hoping this will be a chance to catch up with the characters that got neglected in ME3 (Wrex and Miranda are two I personally want more time with). The fact that the DLC is on two separate downloads means it has to be massive. At the very least it has to be more than 2gb. I wonder how much content there will be exactly...

Actually I'm not a big fan of Leviathan and did enjoy Omega quite a bit - mostly because for Omega it's justified to have next to no impact on the outcome of the war, but Leviathan should've made the difference.

I'm also excited about Citadel. Having Wrex back in the suqad, even if it's only for a while? Sure thing :) Though I was still holding my breath and hoping that maybe they'd go out with something more of a gamechanger. Like allowing for a perfect playthrough of all three games to lead to a vastly different conclusion, namely

allowing for a conventional victory over the Reapers.

I know, wasn't too realistic to begin with, yet still...

That might be intentional. Reference to Star Trek:TNG, or did they just not want to put in a poker mini game? You decide. . . . . . . . It was the second one.

On topic if it's like Shadow Broker then I am fine with it.
