Low content posts seem to be the biggest trip up for most people. That's how I got 2/3 of my warnings.

Simply posting a picture, animated gif, or video does not count for anything. Even a picture accompanied with a few words won't work. You need to post at least a full sentence or two saying something. If you really don't have that much to say then reconsider posting.
