as I said there is a new trailer for metroid the other M (wordy title) and its looking pretty good altho Im still a bit suspect of how it will really play out altho Ive never seen a 2d game play like it looks like it does

Can't wait, it's been a while since Metroid's been 2-D on a console. Nintendo's always treated their Metroid franchise pretty solidly, I have high hopes for this one.

Oh please please please be the sequel to Metroid: Fusion. That's a storyline that needs to continue.

I agree. Fusion was a GREAT game.

i see the trailer and think two things,

1. awesome looking game, probably going to get it
2. remember the days where you had to EARN seeing samus out of a suit? what the hell? i worked damn hard for a 16-bit bikini and now they give it away.

1) This game is why I still have my Wii.
2)Although though with Metroid Prime 3: Corruption you get a 'teaser' of her in zero suit (you can't see much), but if you get 100% items in game you get a really, really good animated shot of her at the end.

Also, what does everyone think of Samus' voice?
Some speculation:
Could the "Other M" be Mother brain?
