I personally am a little disappointed by this as the coming apocalypse will leave us very little time to use this new console, which, if the rumors are true, could very well be the second coming of Christ.

Nah, that's happening on May 21st.

OT: Only gripe is that they feel it's worth mentioning that it has "dual analog sticks." Wow! Breaking new ground there Edison?

So is it motion control?

Seems a bit stupid in a way, I always thought of the Wii going for a different audience than the PS3 and 360 was the reason they sold so well. Now it seems like they are competing for the same audience, if Microsoft and Sony release something similar but better (which is very likely) they will probably end up beating out this new system on their own turf.

Just seems odd that Nintendo's new console would just seem like a sequel to the gamecube based on what we have heard so far.

I remember watching an interview saying that it is very unlikely that there will be a true 3D pokemon game on a console due to the fact that the series is meant to be handheld, hence the name pocket monsters.

Still a game like Pokemon XD would be nice.
