I'd very much appreciate some help in buying a new PC. My current one was build in 2003, so I find myself unable to game anymore, even at the lowest settings. So I figured I'd get a new gaming PC, which would ideally last me another 3 or 4 years before it becomes entirely useless. Problem is, I don't know anything about computer parts. I do know someone who can put the thing together, but I'd need all the parts first. My budget is about ?700,-. I already got speakers, a keyboard, a mouse and a screen, so those can be left out of the equation.
