New RPG Wanted

I am a big fan of Mass Effect and KOTOR 1 and 2, and I can not seem to find another RPG that can get me back into the RPGness. It just seems like there is no other good RPGs out there. Can anyone give me a recemendation?

Fallout 3? Fable II, Eschaleon, maybe even Sacred 2. Oh, Penny Arcade Adventures...but it's more like an adventure game with some RPGish battles thrown in(JRPGish, by the way). Eh, I'm not really familiar with Western RPGs, and I probably even know a good one if it hit me on my noggin...have you tried google?

Fallout, Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, The Witcher, The Elder Scrolls, Ultima/Ultima Underworld, System Shock...

I'd recommend Fallout 1/2, you can get them from Good Old Games [http://www.gog.com], and you can get fan-made patches to remove bugs and get a higher resolution. (They work in XP and Vista). They also have a few other RPGs, some of which I haven't played so couldn't give you an opinion.

fallout 3 is brilliant, i played fable 2 recently; and then chose not to touch that putrescent puddle of filth ever again

i would love another KOTOR style game however
