New Silent Hill Game?

So I was checking out the announcements on e3.ign.com and I came across this
What are your thoughts on it, and on the game as a whole?
Personally, I'm willing to give it a chance (if it comes out on the PC), but I'm skeptical about it, since the last few Silent Hill games weren't that scary, if at all.
