Ive done a search to see if others have posted on this and couldnt find anything in the last month, so here goes.
Apparently GSC decided that as Clear Sky and Call Of Pripyat were 'expansions', the next release would be an official STALKER 2, though we aren't going to see it until 2012. Working title I heard was "Things Apocalytpic" (which is convenient as the world is meant to end in 2012, if you are a mayan), and it will be 'multi'platform' - which is a bit worrying, though I did hear it will have separate development paths for PC and consoles so the versions will be tweaked to the strengths of each.
So I wondered, has anyone come across screens or more in-depth info about the upcoming STALKER 2? Are you looking forward to it, what would you like to see in it? Vehicles or fast travel would be nice, or perhaps just a player character who doesnt get tired so easily...
I'd like to see something like the dizzying array of weapons in Borderlands, but that same 'custom' system applied to armours and ammunition as well as weapons. Plus more story from The Zone of course ...
