OT: I dunno, I played New Vegas on the PC unpatched and it was pretty okay. Lots'a crashes, and I suppose THAT could be fixed, but no visual glitch, fuck-ups like on the Xbox. I'd say just release the PC version now; Patch, Smatch.
My game probably only crashed cause I had like 40 mods installed anyway...
They have no plans to do any such thing. Each one described mentions a new area.DustyDrB said:I'm still going to wait until DLC that lets me continue after the big battle before I get back into the game. Hopefully, this content will do that.
Hmm...that's a bummer for me. I'm a weird person who prefers to approach even games like this in a linear fashion. It bugs me when there's a big conflict going on and I'm just dicking around. It sort of...pulls me out of things. So I was hoping for some content that would let me blow through the main story and then come back for the side quests. Oh well, I shouldn't really expect them to cater to me. I'm an oddball about that preference.Souplex said:They have no plans to do any such thing. Honest hearts talks about going to New Canan, Old World Blues is about going to some science place that was supposed to be in Van Buren, and the Lonely road is about it's namesake.
Oh right, thanks.cocoro67 said:http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Honest_HeartsGrizzlerBorno said:What makes you think it's in New canann? As in, what info do you have to support that guess.cocoro67 said:New Canann! Here I come, I hope I get to fight The Burned Man!

Here, the DLC was hinted by some graffiti, and they say "Where is new Canaan anyway?"
Sadly Obsidian has made it clear they have no intention of doing so.DustyDrB said:I'm still going to wait until DLC that lets me continue after the big battle before I get back into the game. Hopefully, this content will do that.
I've had very few problems with the game. Crashes, yeah, but thankfully the autosave-at-every-doorway feature nearly always had me covered. Getting stuck in a rock when I'm trying to find a way over a mountain I'd rather not go around? Sure, but it's not a deal-breaker.Andy Chalk said:Permalink
I recall them saying that they wouldn't do that, and they might've said they would never do that. I would've liked them to let you play after the end, but they aren't.DustyDrB said:Hmm...that's a bummer for me. I'm a weird person who prefers to approach even games like this in a linear fashion.
