new webmaster seeking help

I'm a member of my high school jrotc and because my friendly webmaster is quitting next year, I am taking over. Now, he's done a good job but I would like to here from the escapist, how can I make it better. How can I succede were others have failed. WHAT MUST I ADD! I need to know for I am an over achieverever, and on a side note:
I plan on incorporating videoes soon
The dates are a constant job, don't tell me there off
unique vistors have increased 25% since I took over, 509 last month, 849 as of right now.

I agree it is a bit pixelated. Anyway to make the tabs on top flash?

I don't know about the pixalations, but I'll be sure to fix the tabs and make em flash.

But for some reason my Col keeps telling me to make the website better, and the only advice i'm getting from the escapist is flashy buttons I'm wondering if he's just BS me.
