New Zombies and Zombie-Killing Accessories in L4D2

I was worried at first, but I'm really starting to look forward to this. More than that, I'm hyped.

EDIT:

One thing I didnt like about the original and doesnt looked to have changed for this one is how all the weapons look exactly the same. The functionality doesnt have to be different but wouldnt it be better if each of the weapons had a good number of different skins? youve got all the effort of having 1000s of zombies that while look similar always look like mobs and not hordes of twins. Then, in my opinion, its ruined by having all weapon types look 100% the same, especially being all nice and shiny and in perfect working condition.

For my more weapon skins for weapons that do the same thing is a waste. All it means is players will spend more time choosing their weapon because they can't tell what's what straight away, and the novalty would wear off extremely quickly, if it was remarked apoun at all.

*Squints at video* Huh. Really, that was all they could show? Pretty boring. I mean, they were highlighting a melee weapon in the corner, the least they could have done is picked it up and shown it off.
Still not seeing anything that sets this apart from the first game. Still looks like expansion-pack fodder trussed up as a full game.

Huh, I thought they'd be out of ideas after the first one, and the second one would just be a minor rehash with some upgrades, but they've proved me wrong.

The new enemy types and locations are genuinely going to shake things up.

Agreed. I'd like to see at least 4 new Special infected. A choice to switch between the old set and new set would be cool too, if there not planning on throwing the whole lot of them in

I was a little shaky at first, but now I kinda want it.

That boycott's crap in my personal opinion...who would be pissed at more of what you like, and then some. Would people really prefer to wait several years for a new game, instead of several months? In most cases, a game released in less than a year would be a risk, but they've been working on this for some time now, and it DOES look fairly good.

Honestly, I don't get this attitude either. Where is this mythical update that L4D1 is getting? All I've heard is "Yeah, we're working on it, we're working on it." It seems that the boycotters always say "VALVe didn't give us what they promised!" and the anti-cotters say "They're going to, they're going to!" and it's a never ending cycle.

Though VALVe has been ticking me off in general recently, I'm just getting a really bad vibe from them. As for L4D2, it does seem interesting but I was never fully interested in the L4D games.
