So did anyone else know there's a thing called the PSP Vita? Yeah, it's true. It's not even a silly re-marketed version of the PSP like the DSLite and DSI, it is it's own thing. It's own new game system or whatever. Wow! I only found out when my friend bought 1 recently. I was confused for a while! XD haha!

So did you guys know the Wii U is a buyable thing now. I saw it in a GameStop. I don't know anyone who bought 1 but my friend has a friend who bought 1. I've never played it but from what I've seen it just seems like a Wii...I didn't really see anything different about it.

And now recently the Playstation 4 came out. I haven't seen 1 yet and I know no one who owns 1 or anyone who knows anyone who owns 1 but from whatever media I've seen it looks like it's just a Playstation 3. I can't tell a difference in graphics, can you?

Are these really the next gen councils. XD Kinda funny to me. If I'm going to buy any of them it'll probably be the Playstation 4 cuz it will have the Nippon Ichi games on it someday but video game quality is unacceptably low right now and I haven't bought more than 20 games in the past 3 years. I doubt I'll waste $400 + on a stupid box that doesn't even look prettier than my Playstation 3 that I don't even play.

The PSP Vita has been out for months if not years, the Wii U has also been out for a few months and as for the PS4 it's not even out yet, you sir certainly need to do some more research!

I guess I do, point is. All these things have left 0 impact on anyone I know. If the PSP Vita has been out for years than it is a waste of money.

From what I understand PSP Vita flopped because it was overly expensive compared to other portable consoles (E.G DS) and required peeps to download/buy new games because their old roms or osds or whatever they called em for the psp wasn't compatible, same reason why the PSP Go flopped as well. There was basically no reason to purchase it except for exclusives since if you wanted a PSP you already had one and already built up your library of games, there wasn't any real reason to purchase one.

Difference between 720p and 1080p is pretty visible, on my small 32" HDTV i can tell difference, even if graphics will not get a big bump raw difference in resolution worth it.

and note that first batch of games ALWAYS will look not impressive. Did you remember resistance on PS3? now compare resistance with resistance 3. Developers need time to learn how to make most of hardware.

if you going in to a new console gen expecting miracles at the start you will have a bad time, i suggest you to wait 2 years before buying.

I agree, in every system. They didn't shine til later but this seems to be the most lack-luster release of a bunch of game systems I've ever seen. No one seems really excited for what they can do, no one seems to have a really big interest in saving their money for 1.

I have a mixed feeling. I mean, since the PS3 and 360 took over there's been a lot of negative whiplash for me. To the point where I'm quickly losing all interest in games as a whole and I doubt I'm alone and it seems that the Ps4, Wii U is just carrying over the negative luggage from the last gen. Same pretty games with boring unimpressive content.
