The title says it all: In early 2012 the Studio Ghibli/Pokemon lovechild will be coming to the US on the PS3. They didn't mention Europe or Australia, though it does't matter because importing.

For those who haven't heard of it, here is a trailer:

Edit: That trailer is old. Here is another one:

Now I just need a PS3 and a Europe release!
Just hope it has less grind than the Dragon Quest games.

Oh yeah, almost forgot about this.

I heard about it WAAAAY back when it was first announced, but after awhile, I kinda gave up on an English-language release. Pleasantly surprised to see it's getting one.

God damn it, my wallets crying again!

Added to my to-buy list.

Was anyone else reminded of Earthbound seeing the characters run along the mountainside around the 13 second mark?

Whatever, just wash your hands.
Wow, that looks pretty impressive, too bad I have almost no intention of getting a ps3.

If/When it gets a European release... I might actually go and buy it

even though I have no PS3 and probably never will. Voting with my wallet and all

(probably won't, but it's fun to say stuff like that on the internet)

And to think we're the ones who usually go out and buy their games en masse.

I have a feeling Level5 are losing touch and about to disappear into the realm of studios that only we care about. I first go suspicious when they opened up shop in America instead of heading further across the Atlantic where their pretty much all their games have generally sold better, but what sealed it for me was when they crossed over their own intelligent and unique puzzle adventure series with an internet meme from about 5 years ago. And don't get me started on White Knight Chronicles, which wouldn't even let me past the first ten minutes (I tried to play that game multiple times and the awkward interface got the better of me every time). And this Ninokuni, I don't know, it just hasn't really grabbed me like their previous offerings, though that could just be the language barrier (though Time Travellers got me interested from the trailer).

I'd never heard of Rogue Galaxy before I played Professor Layton and the Curious Village, I fear that people will say the same about this for the next Inazuma Eleven or whatever.

I am highly intrigued, the artwork is amazing and the gameplay looks pretty fun. I really want this game now, though I might wait to see some reviews before buying it just to be safe.
