Why does everyone have the impression that 15 year old kids are drooling idiots? What she did was wrong, but every time something like this happens they act like the kids (by which I mean 15-18 year olds) were innocent victims who had no idea what was going on.

Because they are 15-18 year old guys and usually they are drooling idiots, I've known many. Cap that with "What would you think if it was your kid?" and don't tell me you wouldn't automatically assume he was innocent.

I'm more interested in the adult "Finding" the pictures on the phone. I wonder if one of them was bragging and the "adult" said prove it.

I'm usually very vocal about equal rights and perceptions for males in cases of rape, domestic violence etc, but even while what this woman did was wrong, I'd probably have taken her up on her offer when I was fifteen.

Seriously, at 15 those guys probably thought it was awesome. I also highly doubt much manipulation was involved. Guys think back to when you were 15-16 and there was that one teacher you always hoped would "keep you back after class".

I actually agree with that "near suicidally depressed" thing, that has to be a serious blow on a whole multitude of levels.

Really, though, I doubt too much manipulation was involved. Stories like this always make me feel strange emotions - yes, the woman did a bad thing, but there's no way the boys involved were a pair of mentally deficient puppets.
...Or maybe they were, judging by most fifteen year olds I've seen.
