For the PS2 we've got them in a stack next to the TV. For the 360 we've got some on one shelf, some on a nearby table, and a majority of my games are in my room.

I've got some good news on the A/V cable front: the PS2 uses the same cables as the PS3 (and the PS1, for that matter), while the N64 and the SNES also share an AV cable (as far as I know; I've heard everything from the SNES to the Gamecube used the same cable, although it must not include the Wii, because my Wii cable definitely does not fit the SNES that I bought for a quarter with no games, controllers, or cables.)

The game themselves are in one of thes Vaultz cases I got from Walmart, while the actual cases are... stored somewhere... *shrug* when I moved out, mom shoved all of my junk somewhere, I can't even find the AV jacks for my PS2, 64, or SNES \qq

Yeah, sorry about that. I quoted the wrong person, and you can't easily fix that because the notification only goes out the first time something is posted; quotes added in edits don't get the notification. That's why there's a double post there.

Is anyone else no longer amused by these stupi misleading titles? Pretty sure it says in the rules that you're not allowed to do that anyway. If you think your topic is so boring that no one will look inside unless you mislead them, don't post it.

OT: Mine are just stacked next to my TV, since I only have a few Xbox 360 games. I have loads of PS2 games in a CD binder thing, since I have chucked all the individual cases as I don't play them much anymore, so don't need them taking up all my space.

Edit - MAybe I am being a little harsh there. I mean, I did grin a little when I saw the title and the content, but at the same time, I like titles to tell me what's in the thread.

Packed away in boxes where they're out of sight and out of the way. Steam keeps a lot of my games for me and the rest I just keep as ISOs on my file server. Physical storage is so last century.

Most of my games are sitting on my shelf. The ones that I pop in the most are in a little cd booklet. It's convenient.

I keep my cartridges on a bookshelf. Discs I keep in a binder like what you keep music CDs in for your car. DS and PSP games I keep in the little suitcase thing I keep my PSP and DS in.

The rest is digital.

Didn't know about the same between PS2 and PS3, but the AV jack I used for 64 was actually the same one I used for my SNES XD The gamecube also uses that one if memory serves, I think the Wii broke the pattern though.

Most of my games are on my hard drive, while my console games are in my entertainment center in the basement. I've got a boatload of CD-ROMs and DVDs across several bookshelves that hold up everything from a super-pricey edition of "À la Recherche du Temps Perdu" to my berjillion games dating from anywhere between 1995 and 2003.

So... Books, more books, comics, more comics, games and more games. Plus the occasional curio used to keep book or CD piles propped up.

I keep my 360 games in a small cabinet below and to the left of my TV.

DS and PSP games are usually stored without regard to organization in a bag since I mostly only play them when I travel.

Don't really have a lot of games so I don't have need for more storage right now. The cabinet would probably fit about 35-40 games max, which means I still have a decent bit of room to fill it out.

Got most of my PS3, PS2, PS, GC and Xbox 360 games next to my bed in two tall, but slim IKEA shelfs. Each containing around 70 games. Gotta buy a third one soon. >.<
My PC games are next to the computer screen, in some build in shelf on my desk... It's hard to explain, but it looks cool. Don't have that many though.

I used to have no room on my tv stand... but then a took a few dollars to ikea and got a Swedish shelf that really works with the room.

It depends: are they ordinary CD cases? If so, they're Jewel Cases. Are they DVD cases? If so, the equivalent term would be amaray case, digipack, ecocase, or keep case, depending on what type of packaging your specific DVD has. "Jewel case" was a term specifically for those CD cases that were made out of clear, brittle plastic.
