So many months back I did a thread on this... which no one cared enough to post in it.
Anyway it was "Project Scissors" at the time, and outside its setting and platforms there was virtually no information out on it.
Recently that has changed and it now has a name (Night Cry), teaser, and a couple of articles out there talking about it. Villain is called "Scissorwalker" no doubt because Clock Tower has to have a Scissor villain... unless you're Clock Tower 2 I suppose.

It'll be on phones and the Vita, with a PC version being possible if they can get enough money off the kickstarter they are going to run. I'm not one to tell people to back something, but this is one of the few things that I can get behind.
I'm very happy as the game is going to be happening for certain and hopefully success will lead to more... sad slightly because I actually liked Capcom's version of Clock Tower too and that has no chance of ever getting continued.
