Nintendo Confirms The Last Story for North America

It would defy reason for them not to bring those games to NA simply because they were already localized for English speaking countries when they got a European release. But, too bad my sales already went to the European releases of both games. I modded my Wii just so I could play Pal games. And, I took the liberty of buying copies online. It's utterly ridiculous that I had to go through that. But it was worth it, Xenoblade is my RPG of the year. It was an amazing game.

So... Are they going to do another localisation for it?

Because... The European release would appear to have an entirely British voice cast.

Which makes an interesting change, because almost all our games are simply releases of stuff localised for the US.
