Nintendo E3 2012 predictions thread!

So, we've seen all the other 4 conferences and I reckon the general consensus is that all but a few games (watch_dogs, Last of Us) were just underwhelming. But this isn't a thread about your thoughts on the other 4 conferences, this is a thread for predicting what the hell Nintendo will pull out of their sleeves. I honestly have no idea what they're going to show, all I know is that it's going to be centered around the Wii U. I can also tell that they're gonna be announcing a LOT of stuff for the Wii U, seeing as they've had to put all the 3DS announcments into another conference!

So, here's my predictions:
-New hardcore game, a shooter probably
-New Metroid, Star Fox or F-Zero
-Lots of upcoming games being announced or shown for the Wii U
-Maybe some gameplay of ZombiU
-PIKMIN 3 (seriously, if they show this they've won automatically. I f'ing love Pikmin)
-New Mario or Zelda, maybe a 3DS one.
-A few never before seen, or even though of games that nobody sees coming.
-This is just a wish, but something to do with Valve

Absolutely no idea, but I live in hope that they announce a Pokemon game for the Wii U like the handheld games. I would expect at least a new game from one of their big franchises at least, but which one, I have absolutely no idea.

Not sarcastic.

Nintendo seems to use the mantra "people buy fun games so we will make fun games to make money".

Someone like EA would say "we have built up a fanbase with this series, now we need to expend our avenues to create revenue which includes a swath of DLC, an iphone app etc etc".

You know the drill, I find Nintendo have a much better attitude when it comes to making games.

I agree, I want to also add that Nintendo's conference will be the most fun. Mainly because they don't have a 10 minute demo of every single game, they just announce a new game and after the crowd has finished cheering announce ANOTHER game. I can't wait to see the launch line-up for Wii U, and more 3DS games.

To be honest, I really don't care what they show. Considering what the other companies rolled out, it won't be hard for Nintendo to impress me. The only thing I'm hoping to see is more of that Zelda demo from last year. That was fucking sexy.

- Pikmin 3 Trailer/Gameplay
- Trailer for Super Smash Bros Untitled
- Gameplay for New Super Mario Bros 2
- Trailers and Gameplay for 3rd Party Games for Wii U
- Luigi's Mansion 2 Gameplay
- The Zelda Wii U Game
- A New Kirby Game
- A New Starfox Game
- Pokemon Games

They'll show trailers for all their upcoming games (Luigi's Mansion, Paper Mario, Animal Crossing, etc). Some Wii U games will be announced, and they'll talk about Smash Bros but won't show anything.
I also expect some News Super Mario Bros. footage anda new game for one of their big franchises.
I'm hoping for F-zero 3DS (that'll really convince me to buy t) bt I won't get my hopes up. |Unfortunately, I'm going to miss the last part of it (I'll be leaving an hour after it starts) so I won't be able to confirm all of this straight away.

Teaser trailer for SSB4

What I hope to see: Golden Sun 4, maybe a new 2D Metroid

Never in a million years: Anything Mother-related.
