Ok, going through your points in order:CannibalRobots said:Our biggest project to date, and everyone knew the entire storyline from the moment the game was announced.
Nintendo, you're a terrible company that needs to go back to manufacturing toys, you're barely anything more than that as is.
EDIT: this sounds a bit like mudslinging, because it is.
But honestly, Nintendo needs some originality, and in generous helpings. There is a reason nobody wants a wii anymore, because it has proven no better than its competitors, and in fact, the lesser.
1: Yes, because story is the only thing that makes a big game. Who needs things like level design, gameplay, aesthetics or fun? Nope, it's aaaaaaall about the story. That's what determine's a game's worth. Fuck everything else.
2: Terrible company? Really. Well, ok, ignore the quality of the games they do make and just spout "Gimmick Gimmick Gimmick!". Seems to be working just fine for you right now.
3: Well, at least you're honest about saying that you're just flaming.
4: You seem to be one of those people who can't look past the surface of any game. You ignore any mechanics or aesthetic choices that might be made, and design decisions, and instead your mentality is
"It has Mario, so therefore it is automatically unoriginal. The fact that it has Mario makes it unoriginal."
5: The lesser system? Well, of course there are sales to talk about. And there are plenty of quality games for the Wii. The difference is that they aren't the games that get all the hype. You have to actually find them yourself instead of letting the hype machine decide what games you want.
Well, as for me, I'm going to get this game. I'm going to have fun with it. And depending on how good Saint's Row or Arkham City are, this could be my GOTY.
